As part of a four-person team in the Office of Communications and Marketing, I contributed to key university-wide projects, notably supporting Manhattanville’s rebranding from ‘College’ to ‘University.’ I also served as the primary client contact within the university’s divided content management structure, working most closely with the fine and performing arts division, the creative writing program, alumni relations and development, and admissions.
Notable contributions included:
- Website migration and development of 150+ pages
- Social media strategy and content development
- Faculty experts database construction and maintenance
- Media monitoring with Meltwater, press release creation, and media pitching
- Graphic design for admissions, academic programs, and public events
- Campus microinfluencer program and podcast initiative pilots
- Social Media Users Group (SMUG) digital community and training workshop leadership
- Internship program development, including intern supervision
- Event photography and video coverage for promotional content and campus archives
- Client ticketing, project management, and digital asset management optimization
