As part of a five-person team in the Office of Communications and Marketing, I contributed to key university-wide projects, notably supporting Manhattanville’s rebranding from ‘College’ to ‘University.’ I also served as the primary client contact within the university’s divided content management structure and worked closely with partners across campus to ensure brand consistency.
Notable contributions included:
- Website migration and development of 150+ pages
- Social media strategy and content development
- Faculty experts database construction and maintenance
- Media monitoring with Meltwater, press release creation, and media pitching
- Graphic design for admissions, academic programs, and public events
- Campus microinfluencer program and podcast initiative pilots
- Social Media Users Group (SMUG) digital community and training workshop leadership
- Internship program development, including intern supervision
- Event photography and video coverage for promotional content and campus archives
- Client ticketing, project management, and digital asset management optimization
