Strategic Writing for Public Relations Final Project

My Strategic Writing for Public Relations course culminated in a comprehensive communication plan for a company of my choice. To reflect my interest in the arts and nonprofit sector, I opted to cover New York City Center, its annual gala, and its 2025 gala production of Bat Boy: The Musical. This complete project brief includes:

  • defined goals and objectives
  • key messages
  • target audiences
  • key measurable objectives
  • important dates
  • written supporting elements for the channels deemed to be the most effective

Holistically, this project demonstrates brevity, clarity, and direct language in public relations writing. By adding a design element, this work highlights brand consistency with a detailed understanding of City Center’s existing brand.
