June 2022 – June 2023
As Marketing Coordinator in Manhattanville University’s Office of Communications and Marketing, I served as a core content and creative strategist within a five-person team, contributing to the university’s rebrand from “College” to “University” and serving as primary client contact within its content management structure. This role centered on creative strategy and content development: building the digital platforms, editorial systems, and campus programs that connected Manhattanville’s academic and community story to prospective students, faculty, alumni, and the broader public. My responsibilities included:
- Website Content & Migration
- Social Media Strategy & Content Production
- Media Relations & Press Outreach
- Client Relations & Platform Training
- Faculty Thought Leadership Content
- Social Media Users Group (SMUG) Leadership
- Event Photography & Video Coverage
- Graphic Design & Motion Graphics
- Micro-Influencer & Podcast Program Development
- Internship Program Development & Supervision
- Project & Digital Asset Management
This role was rooted in close collaboration with the Office of Communications and Marketing’s Assistant Vice President, Creative Director, Digital Content Creator, and Web Development Manager, as well as the Castle Collective creators and student interns I supervised. I regularly partnered with departments across campus — including Admissions, Alumni Relations, Career Development, and the Fine & Performing Arts Division — to ensure consistent storytelling and brand alignment university-wide.
